How many vehicles do I need to qualify?

There's no minimum. If you have more than two or three and you're tired of tracking them, it's worth a conversation.

How does billing work?

One invoice covering the batch rather than paying each one separately at the counter. We'll set up terms that suit how you run your books.

What if a vehicle needs a VIN Verification?

We handle Verifications here in the office. For a batch of vehicles, call us and we'll work out the most practical way to get them done.

Can you handle vehicles we just bought?

Yes. Title Transfers into the business name, Out of State Conversions for equipment bought elsewhere, and the registration that follows.

Can you handle Registrations for vehicles we buy out of state?

Yes. Out of State Conversions for equipment bought elsewhere, including the VIN Verification, handled in the same batch as your Renewals.

What Fleet Service Actually Removes

A company with fifteen vehicles has fifteen Renewals a year, and in most businesses nobody owns that job until a truck gets pulled over.

Fleet Registration starts with one list: plates and due dates, in whatever form you have them. From there we track every expiration and queue Renewals before they come due, rather than waiting for someone on your side to notice.

Renewals are processed in batches and returned together, and billed on terms that suit your books rather than paid at a counter each time. We work with pest control, plumbing, HVAC, delivery, landscaping, contractors, property management and dealer lots. Commercial coverage can run through the same relationship.

Vehicles bought for the business are handled the same way: Title Transfers into the company name, and out of state conversions for equipment purchased elsewhere. If a vehicle needs a VIN verification, we do those here.

The common thread across the businesses we work with is not the industry. It is that a vehicle sitting still costs money, and an expired tag is not an administrative problem so much as a day of lost work and a possible citation.
